If “Allow anonymous search without requiring login” is selected in the System Settings anyone navigating to your login screen will have access to search and view your KB without logging in to IssueTrak. (Please see Enabling the Knowledge Base section above for more information.)
Only non-Private and Organization non-specific Articles may be viewed anonymously. A “Search Knowledge Base” link will appear on the login screen. (The words “Knowledge Base” will be replaced with the custom menu label if one has been defined.)
