Reminders can be viewed in a variety of ways:
1- If the “Activate Calendar/Scheduling” option has been enabled under System Settings, Optional Features, reminders will be added to the calendar as deadlines. Deadlines can be viewed on the day they occur as well as on the Events List.
2- If the user has reminders for the current day, a new link called, “Today’s Reminders” will be displayed on the Home page when the user logs in. This link will display a list of Reminders for the user scheduled for the current day.
3- If the “Email Reminder” checkbox was set for the Reminder, an email will be received on the First Reminder date as well as on the Recurring interval specified.
